Retired? Now, Who Will Represent Tennessee Families?

Hello blog readers,

Some say, “Who will represent birth and adoptive families now?”

I don’t share that concern. There has long been a handful of highly skilled, experienced, adoption-focused lawyers across Tennessee who are my peers and friends. I’m comfortable that everyone who asks around can find one of these.

I also wrote down everything I knew 30+ years ago, and kept it current through this 8^th edition. For the past 5+ years, I’ve personally trained many talented young lawyers, often 50 at a time. I spent most of this past year video-recording my legal training seminars and creating a fancy new online learning platform (www.goodlawtn.com). Lawyers who want to take a seminar by me best do it now, while the talks are still pretty current. I don’t plan to record updates.

So, whether you are an adoption lawyer or need an adoption lawyer, Tennessee is just fine.
