“First In Adoption” bill passed the Tennessee House UNANIMOUSLY TODAY!

The “First in Adoption” bill passed unanimously today on the floor of the Tennessee State House of Representatives. Many thanks to House sponsor, Mike Carter (R Ooltewah). A vote of the full Senate is the last step in the legislative process. That could be set as soon as next week.
